Food Tables / Chairs / CoolersNo food tables, outside chairs, or coolers are allowed inside the Sports Center. Concessions will be available on-site. T-Shirt SalesT-Shirt sales will begin Friday from 6 – 8pm and will be available on Saturday and Sunday. Ticket SalesWeekend Passes are $20 - No Daily passes will be sold. Cash or Credit Card are accepted for payment. We are asking that one representative from each team be responsible for paying and picking up the teams spectator bands on Friday night from 5-8pm. Parking $5 per vehicle per day. Refund PolicyFull refund on entry fee if requested 60 days from event, 50% refund 30-60 days from event, and no refund if less than 30 days from event. Admission for Coaches and PlayersCoaches will receive a wristband (up to 3 max). Players will receive a team pass (up to 15 max). A maximum of 15 players and 5 staff members on a roster. |
